Shipping & Handling Charges for Orders Outside the Continental USA: Shipping & Handling (S&H) for all orders outside the USA (except Canada) is four times (4x) USA S&H. MoneyGram® Info

US Wings now accepts payment through MoneyGram® (US Wings no longer accepts credit card payments for orders outside the USA -- see exceptions above). To send money via MoneyGram®, go to the MoneyGram® website (http://www.moneygram.com), select your country, choose a language, press the arrow, then follow these steps...

• Step 1: Find a MoneyGram® branch using Find Us.
• Step 2: Visit your MoneyGram® branch, taking some personal identification* with you.
• Step 3: Complete a simple "send" form (address information below) and hand this to the MoneyGram® agent along with the money you want to send and the transfer fee**. You may also include a free 10-word message on the form.
• Step 4: You will be given a Reference Number.
• Step 5: Contact the person to whom you're sending the money, and give him or her the Reference Number (see below for details). In just 10 minutes*** the money will be ready to collect.

**In addition to the transfer fees applicable to a transaction, a currency exchange rate set by MoneyGram® or its MoneyGram® branches may be applied. Prices subject to change.

Use the following information to send the Receiver (US Wings) your MoneyGram® Reference Number...

2. When prompted, enter the Phone Call PIN Number from the receipt.

Western Union Quick Pay

Important! If your Western Union does not offer Quick Pay (or if you have trouble using Quick Pay), you may electronically transfer the money from Western Union directly to US Wings. Send to:

1. Place Your Order: Use our convenient shopping cart system to place your order, and select Western Union as your payment option. Please take note of the payment amount (total item price + total S&H), and submit your order. Once we receive your order, we will hold it until we receive confirmation from Western Union that the payment has been made.
2. Find the Nearest Western Union Office: To find the nearest Western Union Agent Location in your country, consult your telephone directory, or go to the Western Union website (which will open in a new window), and click on the "Agent Locator" button. Select your country, specify your city, province or state, and click "Find Location." You'll be presented with the name of the agent (office), business hours, and an in-country Customer Service Center phone number (which is usually toll free) to help you locate the nearest office.
3. Make Your Payment: Bring a cash payment (in local currency) to any of thousands of Western Union Quick Pay Agent Locations in more than 90 countries, complete the Quick Pay form (you'll find the information you'll need below), pay a low fixed fee and obtain a receipt. Or, you may also make your payment to Western Union over the telephone using your credit card, by calling your nearest Western Union location (Western Union accepts all major credit cards). Minutes later, we receive payment notification from Western Union, and we proceed to process your order! Western Union's Quick Pay eliminates the 6 week bank/credit card authorization processing delays that used to accompany foreign credit card orders... this means you'll get your merchandise MUCH faster!

#1. Our Account Number & Amount:
Please specify our account number on the form: ADT053051 US WINGS OHIO. You may write this at the top the form. Enter the amount of your payment using words and numbers. Remember to add the correct Shipping & Handling charges. Go to our Shipping Info page for help in figuring your S&H charges.
#2. Pay To Information:
Enter the name of the Company to which the payment is being sent (US WINGS). Enter the Locale/Code City of the destination company (US WINGS, OHIO), which is REQUIRED. Note: in some countries, Western Union requires the receiver to be a private person, not a company. If so, enter "David D. Hack" for Company Name and "Hudson, OH" for Locale.
#3. Sender Information:
Enter your first name. If followed by a middle name, separate first and middle names with a "-" (dash). Enter your last name. If there are two last names, separate them with a "-" (dash). Enter your street address on the first address line. On the second line, enter the city, province (county or state), country and postal zip code. Enter your telephone number, including city codes.
#4. Reference Number:
Enter the Reference Number (your Order Number, which was provided to you by US Wings via email when you placed your order) to reference your payment. If you did not receive a Reference Number, you may leave this blank (just be sure to use the same name in Step #3 as you used to place your order). No Account Number is required.
#5. Direct Payment Information:
Direct the payment to DAVID HACK. This field can also be used for a brief message.

Sign the form and present it to the Western Union Agent with your payment and the low, fixed fee. The agent inputs the transaction and gives you a numbered, dated receipt as proof of payment. That's all there is to it! You may also give the above information over the phone to your local Western Union Agent, and make the payment to Western Union using your credit card.

If you'll be visiting the USA in the near future and would like to purchase something from US Wings, order it ahead of time and we'll ship it to your hotel! This can save you some money on Shipping & Handling (S&H) fees (depending on delivery method), as well as possible duty fees. Here's how it works: Order your item(s) 21 days in advance, using Western Union Quick Pay or MoneyGram (as explained above). Let us know where you'll be staying (city, state, which hotel, etc) and when you'll be there. On the day of your scheduled arrival, we'll phone your hotel (using the phone number you've given us) to confirm your arrival. Your item(s) will be shipped to your hotel Next Day Air for next business-day delivery. Simply add $60.00 to the normal S&H fee for Next Day Air delivery, or $30.00 to the normal S&H fee for Second Day Air delivery. This will be less expensive than normal International S&H fees, which are four times (4x) normal S&H fees. Here's an example:
